  • The oral drugs are normally administered on the 3-7 or 5-9 of the cycle.
  • At day 2 or 3 injections can be started till the follicles mature.

Follicular Development monitoring

  • All-time transvaginal ultrasound workups that commenced at approximately day 912.
  • Blood tests: Estradiol, LH to monitor the hormonal reaction.
  • Objective: 1-2 follicles 18-20 mm in size.

Triggering Ovulation

  • After the mature follicle is mature sufficient injection of hCG is administered to simulate LH surge.

Timed Insemination or Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
