  • Gonadotropins (FSH, hMG): FSH/LH directly provided into the body to activate several follicles. Applied in case of oral drug nonresponsiveness.
  • The oral drugs are normally administered on the 3-7 or 5-9 of the cycle.
  • At day 2 or 3 injections can be started till the follicles mature.

Follicular Development monitoring

  • All-time transvaginal ultrasound workups that commenced at approximately day 912.
  • Blood tests: Estradiol, LH to monitor the hormonal reaction.
  • Objective: 1-2 follicles 18-20 mm in size.

Triggering Ovulation
