Trigeminal neuralgia

Trigeminal neuralgia (TN) is a type of chronic pain disorder that occurs in the trigeminal nerve, which is the fifth nerve of the brain, and it is tasked with transmission of signals related to the face to the brain.

  • Balloon compression: The nerve fibers are compressed by a balloon

  • What it is: extremely circularized radiations directed to the trigeminal nerve root (non-invasive, no incision).
